Sauvignon delle Venezie is a light-yellow sparkling wine; it has a persistent perlage
and a well-balanced typical, aromatic bouquet which is reminiscent of the
characteristic fragrance of exotic fruit. Excellent as aperitif and with hors
d-oeuvres, light first courses and fish dishes.
Serve at a temperature of 5°- 6° C., in crystal glasses.
